Since 2007, the Social Businesses have benefited from the expertise of more than 2,000 Danone employees, thanks to our “Impact3” program.
This program allow Danoners to engage in pro bono missions supporting the social businesses. Since 2008, 2,000 Danoners from various backgrounds have contributed with their expertise on-site or remotely, helping businesses tackle challenges, develop local teams, and increase their impact. These businesses can benefit from the skills of Danone’s 90,000 talents, while these contributors benefit from this opportunity for personal and professional growth, enhancing their pride, engagement, and sense of purpose at work.
