Today, I am proud to be part of it, and to use my expertise in FMCG marketing to promote local, fresh milk in Senegal and improve the local farmers’ lives in a financially-viable way. Yunus’ essay Creating a world without poverty was a revelation to me when I read it: capitalism didn’t deliver on its promises as 40% of the world population holds 96% of its wealth, and social business is an efficient way to balance out this ratio.
